Project Manager (Secure Satellite Operations) - Aerospace & Defense

Responsibilities:

• Define operational specifications for secure satellite services in collaboration with technical stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal operations, IT security, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with secure operations frameworks
• Draft and review high-quality technical and procedural documentation
• Ensure integration of operational and security best practices into new infrastructure designs
• Liaise with engineering teams for the development, testing, and implementation of operational systems
• Represent the company in key customer and vendor engagements
• Support procurement and vendor negotiation activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the quality and environment management system
• Provide occasional on-call support during operational escalations

Skills / Must Have:

• 10+ years of experience in satellite telecommunications or secure communications projects
• Strong project management background with a track record in complex systems implementation
• Solid understanding of satellite ground segment operations and RF systems
• Experience working with secure government or institutional environments
• Knowledge of operational tools (e.g. monitoring, control systems) and IT integration
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• NATO or EU Secret Clearance is mandatory
• Willingness to travel internationally when required

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience supporting 24/7 secure satellite operations
• Familiarity with security zoning, facility clearance, and compliance frameworks
• Exposure to mission planning, asset management, and satellite flight dynamics
• Strong stakeholder engagement within governmental or institutional contexts

Salary:

• Up to €105,000 Gross Salary Basic Per Annum Depending On Experience
