Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design secure, scalable, and high-performance Back End systems using Python.
• Define and promote coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
• Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and provide mentorship to engineers.

Skills/Must have:

• 10+ years in software development, including 6+ years with Python
• Expert in Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Strong knowledge of microservices and RESTful APIs
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and other relational/NoSQL databases
• Proficient with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
