Responsibilities:

  • Installing, programming, and maintaining two-way radio systems
  • Vehicle-based radio installations
  • Fault finding, diagnostics, and maintenance visits at customer sites
  • Supporting and maintaining radio infrastructure equipment
  • Working closely with customers on-site to resolve issues
  • Assisting with system upgrades and improvements
  • Work site-based with UK client travel


Required Experience:

  • Candidates with around 75% of the below are encouraged to apply:
    • Hands-on radio engineering experience
    • Experience with Motorola and/or Hytera systems
    • Installation and maintenance of radios in vehicles


Preferred Experience:

  • Motorola CAP, Max, or Tier 3 experience
  • Training & Development:
  • Full on-the-job training provided
  • Manufacturer-led training courses
  • Hands-on mentoring from a senior engineer during onboarding
  • Clear opportunity to grow technical capability over time
  • Certifications: IPAF, PASMA, Safety Passport, MOTORBO


Technology Environment:

  • Two-way radio systems (primarily Motorola / Hytera)
  • Promotively Radio platforms
  • Some exposure to IT and networking environments


Interview Process:

  • First stage: Online interview
  • Second stage: On-site interview (background, skillset, and potentially a short technical discussion/test)
