There is a strong requirement for experienced engineers with expertise across both modern 5G and legacy 2G technologies. Multiple hires are planned, with an initial intake of 6–7 contractors and the flexibility to scale further as demand increases.

Responsibilities:
- Lead RAN optimisation across multi-technology networks including 2G, 4G and 5G
- Focus on 5G feature optimisation including DSS and voice services such as VoLTE and VoNR
- Analyse network KPIs and performance data to drive improvements
- Troubleshoot live network performance issues
- Produce technical documentation and analysis reports
- Engage directly with customers and stakeholders
- Support delivery across deployment and post-deployment optimisation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical
- Strong experience in RAN optimisation
- Hands-on knowledge of 5G NR features and performance tuning
- Experience with legacy 2G GSM networks
- Exposure to multi-vendor environments
- Understanding of DSS, VoLTE, VoNR and network performance metrics
- Soft Skills
- Customer-facing experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently in remote setups
