Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and build relationships with property managers, developers, and community associations across Florida.
  • Pitch, negotiate, and close bulk internet contracts with MDUs, HOAs, and other residential communities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure successful service implementation.
  • Represent the brand in the market as the go-to expert in connectivity for single-unit and multi-unit residential developments.
  • Report regularly on pipeline, forecasting, and market feedback.


Skills/Must have:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in broadband, telecom, or property technology.
  • Strong background in MDU, HOA, managed Wi-Fi, or multi-family property environments.
  • Proven success selling bulk internet services to property managers or ownership groups.
  • Bonus: Experience working with single-unit home developments or mobile home communities.
  • Confident self-starter who thrives with minimal oversight and enjoys field-based selling.
  • Willing and able to travel throughout Florida for on-site visits and client meetings.
