This is a growth hire offering real ownership and the chance to work across RF hardware design in a cross-functional team alongside experts in hardware, software, and telecoms. With headcount scaling from 170 to 250 this year, it's the right time to join a high-impact team at the forefront of space innovation. This is a hybrid role with 8 remote days per month. Candidates must be based in Italy or open to relocating (no relocation support provided).

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop RF hardware with a focus on active components (not just passive antennas).
- Work on ultra-wideband receivers and radar front-end technologies.
- Contribute across the full lifecycle from design to production and validation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams using Agile principles.
- Balance multiple projects and align with programme management teams.
Must Have:
- 5+ years of RF hardware experience or equivalent PhD/postgraduate research.
- Proven experience with active RF components and PCB design.
- Background in front-end radar and ultra-wideband receiver development.
- EU citizenship (due to project requirements).
- Based in or able to relocate to Turin (must have own transport).
Nice to Have:
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or telecoms industries.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Exposure to EMC qualification, FMEA/FTA.
- Hands-on experience with mission-critical space hardware.
