Responsibilities: 

  • Own and implement sales strategy for the Mid-Market segment nationally
  •  Establish competency frameworks and sales process consistency across teams
  • Coach and mentor frontline leaders and account executives
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery to align GTM activity
  • Monitor pipeline health, customer satisfaction, and sales velocity metrics


Required Skills/Qualifications: 

  • Senior sales leadership experience within telco, ICT, or B2B tech sectors
  • Demonstrated success in building scalable sales structures
  • Strong coaching ethos and ability to uplift team performance
  •  Experience across multiple states/regions in Australia is highly preferred
  • A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution


Salary:
