Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the Sales and Pre-Sales teams in Malaysia.
- Develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for cybersecurity solutions.
- Drive business growth through new account acquisition, expansion of existing clients, and strategic partnerships.
- Work closely with pre-sales consultants to ensure solution proposals align with client needs and compliance requirements.
- Own the sales forecast, pipeline management, and reporting to regional leadership.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with enterprise clients, BFSI, government, and commercial accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to deliver compelling value propositions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client briefings as a trusted advisor.
Skills & Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales leadership within the IT or cybersecurity sector.
- Proven track record in building and managing high-performing sales and presales teams.
- Strong network and relationships with decision-makers across BFSI, Government, and large enterprise sectors in Malaysia.
- Demonstrated success in closing large and complex cybersecurity deals.
- Strong understanding of MDR, SOC, Threat Intelligence, or broader cybersecurity services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Malaysian Citizen or PR (mandatory).
