Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the Sales and Pre-Sales teams in Malaysia.
  • Develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for cybersecurity solutions.
  • Drive business growth through new account acquisition, expansion of existing clients, and strategic partnerships.
  • Work closely with pre-sales consultants to ensure solution proposals align with client needs and compliance requirements.
  • Own the sales forecast, pipeline management, and reporting to regional leadership.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with enterprise clients, BFSI, government, and commercial accounts.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to deliver compelling value propositions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client briefings as a trusted advisor.


Skills & Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales leadership within the IT or cybersecurity sector.
  • Proven track record in building and managing high-performing sales and presales teams.
  • Strong network and relationships with decision-makers across BFSI, Government, and large enterprise sectors in Malaysia.
  • Demonstrated success in closing large and complex cybersecurity deals.
  • Strong understanding of MDR, SOC, Threat Intelligence, or broader cybersecurity services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Malaysian Citizen or PR (mandatory).
