Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and execute strategic partnership opportunities with global telco/wireless vendors, cloud service providers, and system itegrators.
  • Develop and own the go-to-market strategy for key alliance partners and channels, aligning closely with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams.
  • Structure, negotiate, and close large-scale national and international business contracts and partnerships.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch joint solutions and initiatives that deliver value to both partners and customers.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of partnership and channel programs, ensuring KPIs and MBOs are met or exceeded.
  • Influence product strategy and roadmap based on market trends, partner feedback, and industry evolution.
  • Serve as a thought leader, representing the company at industry conferences, events, and with executive stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability across internal and external teams.


Skills/Must have:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Business Development, Product Management, or Channel Partner leadership roles within the technology or telecommunications industry.
  • Demonstrated success building and managing strategic partnerships and alliances with global system integrators, telecom vendors, and cloud providers.
  • Deep industry relationships within wireless equipment/solution vendors and a strong understanding of telco ecosystems.
  • Proven expertise in security infrastructure, DDoS mitigation, application networking, SDN/NFV, cloud infrastructure/services, and mobile network evolution (5G, IoT).
  • Track record of developing and closing multimillion-dollar contracts with enterprise and international stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to influence both technical and executive audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on ability to drive initiatives from conception to execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field; Master’s degree in Business (MBA) preferred.
