Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales team by preparing and sending accurate, professional quotes
• Manage quote updates, revisions, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with technical and procurement teams for pricing and scope details
• Be the go-to contact for quoting and proposal-related queries
• Maintain client and deal data in the CRM
• Support the end-to-end sales cycle

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in sales support, quoting, or client services — ideally in IT or a similar tech environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Confident using CRMs, quoting tools, and Microsoft Office
