The team is hiring an SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant (MY) to play a pivotal role in implementing and supporting SAP PM solutions. This position involves analysing business requirements, configuring systems, and optimising processes to ensure effective plant maintenance operations. Key Responsibilities:  

  • Configure and enhance SAP PM processes, including maintenance planning, work order management, notifications, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Integrate PM with related modules such as MM (Materials Management) and EAM (Enterprise Asset Management).
  • Ensure maintenance processes comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Support testing activities, resolve defects, and assist with cutover and go-live activities.
  • Provide post-implementation support and user training.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SAP PM configuration and delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of asset management and maintenance processes in Oil & Gas or other heavy industries.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ SAP project experience, including at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.
  • Experience in both implementation and support roles.
  • Exposure to S/4HANA is highly desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
