The team is hiring an SCC Manager to oversee the Service Control Centre, ensuring seamless operations, efficient service delivery, and adherence to performance targets. Responsibilities:

  • Manage 24/7 SCC operations (Monitoring, P1 Incident Response, Threat Hunting, Platform Engineering).
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance for Jakarta-based SCC analysts/engineers.
  • Ensure SLA compliance for real-time monitoring, threat intelligence, and critical SCC services.
  • Develop SCC metrics/KPIs and risk controls aligned with global standards (NIST, ISO 27001).
  • Drive SCC projects (automation, tooling) via cross-functional coordination with global teams.
  • Translate threat intelligence into proactive mitigations for APAC-specific risks.


Requirements:

  • Indonesian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Experience: 7+ years in cybersecurity, including 3+ years managing SOC/SCC/CIRT teams.
  • SIEM/SOAR (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel) · Cloud security (AWS/Azure)
  • Incident response frameworks (NIST, SANS) · Threat hunting methodologies
  • Proven success managing L3 engineers during P1 incidents.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian regulations (e.g., PDP Law) + global standards (PCI DSS, GDPR).
  • Certifications - CISSP, CISM, GIAC
  • Experience in telecom/enterprise infrastructure sectors.
  • Bahasa Indonesia fluency (English required)
