Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain Palo Alto NGFW solutions in complex environments
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams to implement security architectures and firewall policies
• Support the secure integration of cloud and on-premises infrastructure
• Provide technical guidance during customer onboarding and deployment phases
• Troubleshoot and resolve network security issues efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto NGFW (design, deployment, policy management, troubleshooting)
• Strong background in Engineering Deployment and Customer-Facing Engineering
• Familiarity with Prisma Cloud Security (Palo Alto PRIISMA) or similar cloud security platforms
• Palo Alto Networks certifications (e.g., PCNSE) are a plus
