Responsibilities:

  • Own and develop the security testing service portfolio, including service innovation and operational improvement.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, covering tools, methodologies, reporting standards, and SOPs.
  • Define and enforce quality standards across all security testing engagements.
  • Oversee daily delivery of security testing projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Assign projects based on team skills, availability, and requirements.
  • Track and optimise team capacity and utilisation, reporting to senior management.
  • Approve scopes of work, proposals, and client deliverables.
  • Support commercial teams with scoping, project planning, resourcing, and proposal development.
  • Maintain operational relationships with key clients and directly manage complex engagements.
  • Identify additional commercial opportunities from client engagements.
  • Perform hands-on security testing and produce high-quality reports and presentations.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop team members, including performance appraisals and training plans.


Skills/Must have:

  • Extensive hands-on experience in security testing and technical consulting.
  • Strong practice management and operational leadership capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver at scale.
  • Excellent client engagement and commercial acumen.
  • Effective people management and team development skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including reporting and presentations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and delivery tracking.
