Do you want to join an established institution as a Senior Account Manager?
Our client is in search of a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Manager specializing in Microsoft-based solutions to nurture and expand client relationships while driving revenue growth. This role will specifically focus on managing and growing existing accounts, leveraging expertise in Microsoft's technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and cultivate relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor in Microsoft technologies.
- Understand client needs and pain points to propose tailored Microsoft-based solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Develop and execute customer roadmaps in collaboration with clients, guiding them on strategic adoption and evolution of Microsoft technologies.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure the delivery of high-quality Microsoft-based solutions that meet client requirements.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional Microsoft-based services or products based on client needs.
- Actively participate in account planning and strategising to maximize client satisfaction and retention in the realm of Microsoft technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in an Account Management role within the technology sector, with a focus on Microsoft's technologies
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing client accounts, meeting and exceeding sales targets in the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and their application within client environments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage client relationships and drive revenue growth in the context of Microsoft solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver seamless Microsoft-based solutions to clients.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience selling Networking, or Security-based solutions in addition to Microsoft solutions.
Salary/Package:
- $130,000
