Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients while proactively seeking opportunities to expand the business within these accounts.
- Drive new client acquisition and business development efforts in the VAR sector.
- Sell cloud solutions, data center technologies, and security products, tailoring offerings to client needs.
- Engage in consultative conversations to understand client challenges and present customized solutions.
- Oversee the entire client relationship lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing support, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely project execution and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Skills/Must have:
- Proven experience in account management, particularly within the VAR or MSP (Managed Service Provider) space.
- Strong sales track record in Cloud solutions, Data Center technologies, and Security products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple accounts and sales opportunities at once, while maintaining focus on client success.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience working with vendors like Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, and Microsoft.
- In-depth knowledge of security solutions and experience selling security technologies.
