Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow strategic client accounts, focusing on relationship development and IT outsourcing expansion.
- Identify client needs and design tailored IT solutions based on value-driven propositions.
- Lead complex bidding processes, develop win-win strategies, and negotiate contracts to secure business growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal account teams and contract holders to optimize client outcomes.
- Drive new commercial projects aimed at acquiring new clients, partnering with sales and delivery teams.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact across all client levels, from operational teams to executive leadership.
Skills / Must Have:
- 10 to 15 years of sales experience, ideally within ICT transformation or outsourcing projects.
- Proven track record managing and growing accounts with annual turnover exceeding €5 million.
- HBO+/WO education level or equivalent.
- Deep knowledge of ICT outsourcing strategies and decision-making processes, with at least 6 years managing complex contracts.
- Strong commercial mindset combined with a proactive, enterprising attitude and a passion for sales.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch, both spoken and written.
- Experience engaging with decision-makers at the intersection of business and technology.
- Valid driver’s license (B) and availability of at least 32 hours per week (full-time preferred).
