The team is hiring a Senior Account Manager – Cybersecurity to lead strategic client engagements, identify growth opportunities, and expand the organisation’s cybersecurity portfolio. The role will focus on building long-term partnerships, shaping tailored security strategies, and driving revenue across key enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Expand the customer base in the Belgian Enterprise/SMB market through active prospecting and pipeline development.
  • Advise and support customers in defining and shaping their cybersecurity and network infrastructure requirements.
  • Collaborate with Presales Engineers and specialized departments to develop and present tailored solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: initiate, qualify, demonstrate (with support), propose, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Create quotations, oversee contract negotiations, and ensure successful contract execution.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and partnerships.
  • Maintain close collaboration with vendor account teams to maximize opportunities.
  • Share knowledge of leads, prospects, and new customers with the wider sales team.


Skills/Must have:

  • Minimum of 5 years successful experience in IT sales, ideally in cybersecurity, within the SMB/Enterprise market.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in cybersecurity and/or network infrastructure.
  • Proven track record in new business development with strong prospecting and “hunter” mentality.
  • Established network of decision makers in the Belgian SMB/Enterprise market.
  • Goal-oriented, entrepreneurial, and proactive mindset with a hands-on approach.
  • Flexible, resilient, and motivated to work towards personal targets and annual objectives.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken).
  • Based in Belgium, with the ability to work regularly from the Zaventem office.
