Responsibilities:

  • Delivering first-level support across AV systems including video conferencing, digital signage, room control systems, and displays
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues quickly to minimise disruption
  • Conducting routine checks and maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
  • Supporting AV setup and operation for meetings, town halls, and events
  • Acting as the main point of contact for AV support, delivering a professional and helpful experience to all users
  • Escalating complex issues to the wider support team and external vendors as needed
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and system performance


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in AV installation, support, or maintenance roles
  • Solid understanding of AV technologies and platforms such as Crestron, Extron, Microsoft Teams
  • A problem-solving mindset with strong technical troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining service excellence in a corporate setting
  • Industry certifications (CTS, Crestron, Extron) are advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • TAFE Diploma or equivalent qualification (Cert IV in IT Networking), or 3+ years' relevant IT/AV work experience
