Responsibilities:


  • Act as the go-to expert for advanced server and network hardware issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex firmware and system-level failures
  • Lead hardware problem management from immediate fixes to long-term solutions
  • Mentor junior technicians and serve as a point of escalation
  • Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams on future hardware improvements
  • Develop and maintain operational processes and documentation
  • Travel to data centers for hardware rollouts, upgrades, or special projects

Skills/Must have:

  • In-depth experience with data center environments, servers, and networking equipment
  • Strong command-line and Unix/Linux troubleshooting skills
  • Advanced knowledge of system architecture and diagnostics
  • Excellent network troubleshooting and analysis capabilities
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to take full ownership of tasks
  • Clear, professional communication in English written and spoken

Nice to have:

  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Red Hat
  • Experience with electronics repair at the component level including SMD
  • Valid Category B driving license
