Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, design, and construction of advanced fiber networks (FTTH and FTTB).
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers.
- Implement strategic initiatives to improve network reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with construction, operations, and leadership to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7–10+ years of experience in telecommunications engineering management, with a focus on FTTH/FTTB projects.
- Proven ability to lead and develop engineering teams within the fiber construction or network design space.
- Strong strategic planning and project management background.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
