Key Responsibilities :
- Empower and Coach Leaders: Develop a future-ready leadership team that inspires innovation and excellence.
- Shape a High-Performance Culture: Build and sustain a workplace culture that fosters collaboration, inclusivity, and top-notch performance.
- Strategic Workforce Planning & Talent Development: Craft strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Performance Management & Change Leadership: Guide teams through performance optimization and change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and impactful results.
Requirements:
- Telecommunications or IT Industry Expertise: Familiarity with key players and trends in the sector.
- 10+ Years of HR Experience: Proven track record as an HR generalist, with in-depth knowledge of talent management and development.
- Strategic Leadership: At least 5 years in a people management role, ideally with international exposure.
- C-Level Stakeholder Management: Confident in engaging with senior executives.
- Change Management Expertise: Strong skills in navigating and leading organizational change.
- Flexibility to Travel: Comfortable with travel up to 25% of the time.
