The team is hiring a Senior Network Engineer to take ownership of designing, implementing, and optimising enterprise-grade network solutions. This role will involve ensuring the security, scalability, and resilience of network operations, while also leading technical initiatives that directly support critical healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and support enterprise LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments.
  • Implement and troubleshoot Cisco routing and switching solutions in large-scale networks.
  • Manage network security infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, and access control systems.
  • Support and optimize wireless network deployments, ensuring coverage, capacity, and performance.
  • Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide proactive solutions.
  • Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and security hardening projects.
  • Document network configurations, standards, and operational procedures.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and IT staff.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering roles.
  • Strong proficiency with Cisco Routing & Switching and Cisco Wireless solutions.
  • Solid understanding of network security principles and technologies.
  • Experience with firewall management and security best practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex network issues.
  • Preferred/Good-to-Have Skills:
  • Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine)
  • Cisco DNA Center
  • Cisco SD-WAN
  • Palo Alto firewall administration
  • Aruba Wireless solutions
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, PCNSE, ACMP)
