Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operational performance of network and IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and resilience.
• Lead and execute customer implementations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and reliability.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for network and network security incidents.
• Manage change, incident, and problem processes to maintain service continuity.
• Maintain and enhance internal systems and documentation across all network domains.
• Lead and deliver IT and network security projects, including vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Plan and manage network capacity, lifecycle upgrades, and infrastructure modernization.
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance requirements across internal and external audits.
• Mentor, guide, and manage a small technical team to foster collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
• Develop and maintain documentation platforms for network and system landscapes.

Skills/Must have:

• 5+ years’ experience in complex network environments within data centers, telecoms, or cloud infrastructure.
• Strong technical knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS) and overlay technologies (VxLAN, EVPN).
• Hands-on experience with enterprise and service provider networking equipment (Cisco, Juniper, HPE/Aruba, or similar).
• Solid understanding of IT security principles, pen testing, and vulnerability management.
• Proven experience leading or managing teams within network operations or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.

Salary:

• €90,000
