Responsibilities:

• Direct onsite support and collaboration with customer engineering teams
• Design documentation (HLD/LLD) and test plan development
• Conducting PoC testing and preparing technical test reports
• Supporting core SP network functions: Segment Routing, BGP, QoS, ISIS, 6PE/VPE
• Contributing to automation and network optimization efforts using Cisco NSO (if applicable)

Skills / Must Have:

• Expert Routing & Switching (R&S) knowledge
• Strong experience with Cisco SP platforms (IOS-XR, ASR9900, NCS5500, XRv9000)
• Protocol expertise in BGP, ISIS, Segment Routing, EVPN, QoS
• CCIE-SP or equivalent certification
• Previous experience in a customer-facing, on-site support engineering role
• English fluency
• Availability to start by 1st August
• Based in Riyadh or willing to be 100% onsite (90% on-site / up to 10–20% remote)

Nice to Have:

• Cisco NSO (Network Services Orchestrator) experience
• Familiarity with ACI, VMware, CVIM
• Background in automation and solution testing
• Experience creating and delivering HLD/LLD documentation
