Senior Network Engineer (m/f/d) - Data Center

Our client is a specialist in advanced enterprise and data center networking and security solutions. They are now seeking a Professional Services Engineer with strong Juniper expertise who can combine conceptual design abilities with hands-on implementation work.

The environment is focused on Juniper-based data center networking, including QFX series switching, MX and EX routing platforms, EVPN VXLAN fabrics and JUNOS-based network architectures. The role involves taking customer requirements, creating conceptual and low-level designs and delivering high-quality deployments.

Responsibilities:

• Create conceptual network designs LLDs and implementation plans for data center environments
• Design and deploy Juniper data center fabrics including EVPN VXLAN QFX and MX platforms
• Configure and troubleshoot JUNOS based routing and switching including BGP OSPF IS IS MPLS
• Deliver migrations and upgrades for enterprise and data center customers
• Conduct workshops with customers to define requirements and network concepts
• Implement solutions across multiple concurrent projects
• Produce documentation and ensure clear handover to operations and TAC teams

Skills/Must have:

• Native or fluent German speaker with strong communication skills
• Practical experience with Juniper Networks QFX MX EX SRX JUNOS
• Strong understanding of data center networking and routing technologies
• Experience with EVPN VXLAN data center fabrics
• Proven background in professional services, including LLD creatio,n deployme,nt engineering and documentation

Salary:

• 80,000 to 120,000 Euro depending on seniority
