Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of network migration projects from Cisco to Arista platforms (and hybrid environments).
• Collaborate with network architects, security teams, and business stakeholders to ensure migration strategies align with compliance and operational requirements.
• Perform detailed network assessments, documenting dependencies, configurations, and potential risks.
• Develop and validate migration playbooks, cutover plans, and rollback procedures.
• Execute migrations in staged, controlled phases, ensuring business continuity and minimal downtime.
• Conduct post-migration validation, troubleshooting, and optimization.
