Responsibilities:

• Serve as Tier 3 for network escalations, with a primary focus on Cisco wireless (controllers, APs, authentication, RF).
• Own complex troubleshooting across WLAN/LAN/WAN (packet flow, RF interference, performance issues, roaming, authentication).
• Implement, optimize, and support Cisco wireless (e.g., 9800/Catalyst controllers, DNA Center/Prime, ISE/802.1X).
• Contribute to SD WAN and firewall operations as needed to reduce reliance on security for device/hardware management.

Skills/Must have:

• 7+ years of professional network engineering experience, with significant hands on Cisco wireless.
• Expert level troubleshooting of enterprise WLAN (RF fundamentals, site surveys, roaming, QoS, spectrum analysis, DHCP/DNS/RADIUS).
• Strong with Cisco wireless controllers/APs and management tooling (e.g., 9800/Catalyst, DNA
