Senior Network Engineers - Consultancy

We are working with a trusted technology partner specialising in delivering market-leading network solutions for businesses of all sizes. Their experienced consultants and certified engineers design, implement, and manage robust IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal network performance and security. 

We are seeking multiple Senior Network Engineers (who combined cover the below skillsets) to join their team, working on a network migration project for multiple customers. 

The role is a blend of network design, implementation, and operations in a dynamic environment. The position will require you to be onsite 2 days per week, with a focus on designing and deploying complex network solutions.

Contract Details:

• Location: Liverpool Street, London
• Day Rate: £500 - £550 per day
• Duration: 6 months (with scope for 18 months to 2 years)
• IR35 Status: Inside IR35
• Work Arrangement: 2 days onsite per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement network solutions, including Low-Level Design (LLD), upgrades, and network migrations.
• Design, implement, and manage network solutions using Cisco ACI and SDN technologies.
• Hands-on deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of data centre networks.
• Configure and manage Firewalls, with a focus on Fortinet.
• Expertise in networking protocols such as BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VXLAN, and Layer 2/3. 

Requirements (Multiple engineers who between them share the following):

• Proven experience with Cisco Routing & Switching, Juniper, and Arista networks.
• Strong understanding of data centre technologies and Firewall management.
• Ability to handle network migrations.
