Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solution architecture for complex network and OSS platforms, ensuring designs meet business and functional requirements.
- Define and document high-level and detailed architectural blueprints and align technical components with enterprise standards.
- Evaluate existing system architectures and recommend scalable improvements and integration patterns.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Research and apply emerging architectural patterns and frameworks relevant to telecom and OSS domains.
- Ensure architectural decisions are aligned with overall business strategy and outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Deep understanding of telecom business models and end-to-end network/OSS architectures (RAN, Core, Transport, IP Core, Service Platforms).
- Strong background in designing solutions integrating OSS components (assurance, configuration, planning, readiness).
- Experience with microservices-based and automation platforms within network environments.
- Proven track record in complex/large-scale architectural engagements.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with experience leading remote technical teams.
Desirable Traits:
- Comfortable operating autonomously and adapting to evolving technology landscapes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership presence.
Contract Details:
- Duration: 12 months
- Location: Fully Remote
- Engagement: Architect level, working with delivery, engineering, and client teams
