Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead solution architecture for complex network and OSS platforms, ensuring designs meet business and functional requirements.
  • Define and document high-level and detailed architectural blueprints and align technical components with enterprise standards.
  • Evaluate existing system architectures and recommend scalable improvements and integration patterns.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Research and apply emerging architectural patterns and frameworks relevant to telecom and OSS domains.
  • Ensure architectural decisions are aligned with overall business strategy and outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Deep understanding of telecom business models and end-to-end network/OSS architectures (RAN, Core, Transport, IP Core, Service Platforms).
  • Strong background in designing solutions integrating OSS components (assurance, configuration, planning, readiness).
  • Experience with microservices-based and automation platforms within network environments.
  • Proven track record in complex/large-scale architectural engagements.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with experience leading remote technical teams.

  • Comfortable operating autonomously and adapting to evolving technology landscapes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership presence.

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 12 months
  • Location: Fully Remote
  • Engagement: Architect level, working with delivery, engineering, and client teams
