Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the PMO to assess and refine incoming project briefs
• Engaging business departments to clarify needs, challenging budget estimates, aligning project timelines, and identifying alignment with strategic goals
• Estimate project resources
• Prioritise within the broader portfolio
• Prepare projects for submission to the IT Project Board
• Supporting presentations, participating in governance meetings, and helping guide decision-making through clear KPIs and planning

Skills / Must Have:

• Senior profile with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and extensive experience in project management across diverse domains
• Confident using project tools, building macro plans, defining RACI matrices, and estimating both budgets and team resources
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication
• Ability to navigate complex environments are essential
• Previous experience in the railway or transport sector is highly advantageous
