The team is hiring Senior Project Managers – Government Operations (x2) to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of complex government projects. The roles will focus on managing stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and delivering outcomes aligned with strategic and regulatory objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage Federal Government contracts and programs, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and all related regulations
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of federal construction, electrical, and telecommunications projects, from bidding and procurement through completion and closeout
- Serve as the main liaison with federal agencies, contracting officers, and other key stakeholders
- Supervise subcontractors, track performance, and ensure adherence to state laws
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce risks, control costs, and maintain full contract compliance
- Partner with the General Manager and executive leadership to align project outcomes with company objectives
- Drive efficiency by introducing best practices in scheduling, project controls, and financial forecasting
Skills/Must have:
- Extensive background in managing multi-million-dollar Federal Government contracts across construction, electrical, and telecommunications sectors
- Strong knowledge of federal procurement practices, including RFP and RFQ processes
- Experience working with agencies such as the Department of Defense, Veterans Affairs, GSA, Army Corps of Engineers, NAVFAC, and other federal entities
- In-depth understanding of FAR, the Davis-Bacon Act, the Buy American Act, and Section 889 compliance
- Skilled in handling government reporting obligations, contractor performance evaluations (CPARS), and security clearance requirements
- Proficient in estimating, forecasting, and scheduling within federal contracting frameworks
- Proven track record of leading teams, managing subcontractors, and ensuring contract compliance
- Capable of directing multiple federal projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and safety standards set by the government
- Strong communicator, adept at working with contracting officers, key stakeholders, and executive leadership
