Role Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and modify the ServiceNow platform to optimize NSD business processes, including ITSM, ITBM, and SPM modules.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce as a case/matter management platform, utilizing native applications, custom workflows, and APIs.
  • Collaborate with various mission partners to integrate data repositories and enhance system functionalities.
  • Ensure the seamless operation of CRM system.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience with CRM systems development.
  • Proficiency with the configuration, support, and maintenance of ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency with the configuration, support, and maintenance of Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
