Senior Systems Engineer - Managed Service Provider

Our client, a leading Managed Service Provider based in Sydney, is seeking a talented Senior Systems Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Microsoft, Cisco, and HP partner, they deliver top-tier IT solutions to their clients, focusing on the latest technologies to drive business success.

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be instrumental in the design, implementation, and support of Microsoft services. You will work with cutting-edge technologies and provide exceptional support to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support Microsoft services including Active Directory, Entra ID, and Azure.
• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Configure and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Utilize System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for deployment and updates.
• Implement and manage Intune for device management.
• Provide support for virtualization technologies, particularly Hyper-V.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure security best practices and compliance with industry standards.
• Document processes, configurations, and procedures.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft technologies.
• Expertise in Active Directory, Entra ID, and Azure.
• Proficiency with Windows Server environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams).
• Familiarity with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies, particularly Hyper-V.
• Experience with HP hardware and solutions is a plus.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
