Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and support of AWS and Azure infrastructure solutions
• Deliver and manage Microsoft 365 migrations, configurations, and user adoption
• Act as an escalation point for complex issues across cloud and systems platforms
• Contribute to the planning and delivery of cloud security projects
• Engage in pre-sales and consulting with clients to scope technical solutions
• Document architecture, deployment processes, and troubleshooting steps
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal technical standards

Tech Environment:

• AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda)
• Microsoft Azure (VMs, Networking, AAD, Defender)
• Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
• Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell scripting
• Exposure to security standards and compliance (desirable)

Skills & Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience in a Systems Engineering or Cloud Engineering role
• Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and either Azure or AWS (ideally both)
• Experience working within an MSP, consultancy, or project-based IT environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills, particularly when dealing with clients
