The team is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer to take ownership of designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise IT environments. This role will involve working on server and network infrastructure, cloud migrations, and security solutions while providing advanced technical guidance to both clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, build, and rollout of server infrastructure (Windows Server, VMware, Hyper-V).
• Manage and optimize Microsoft Azure environments, including integrations with on-prem systems.
• Administer Intune for endpoint management, compliance, and security.
• Support and maintain enterprise storage solutions, wireless networking, and core infrastructure.
• Provide Tier 3/4 support for escalated system and infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with cyber and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, NIST, etc.).
• Participate in infrastructure planning, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Document system architectures, procedures, and change management processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and serve as a technical point of escalation.

Skills/Must have:

• 7+ years of experience in systems engineering or related IT infrastructure roles.
• Microsoft Azure administration & services
• Microsoft Intune (endpoint & device management)
• Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
• VMware vSphere and/or Hyper-V virtualization
• Enterprise storage solutions (SAN/NAS)
• Wireless network administration
• Citrix experience is a plus, but not required.
• Prior experience in the medical or healthcare industry strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, compliance frameworks, and risk management.

Salary:

• $100,000-$110,000 Per Annum
