Responsibilities: 

• Drive top-line revenue growth by executing high-level sales strategies in fiber network markets
• Lead and coach mid-level managers, empowering teams to exceed quotas and KPIs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with executive leadership on forecasting, product development, and customer retention strategies
• Manage key performance indicators like pipeline coverage, churn rate, ARPU, and forecast accuracy to ensure continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7–10+ years of senior sales leadership experience within telecom, broadband, or tech sectors
• Proven ability to manage and scale large sales teams with accountability across multiple markets
• Deep understanding of fiber and broadband segments (D2D, MDU, SMB)
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
