Service and Repair Engineer - Civil Engineering

Join a multi-disciplined contractor delivering infrastructure projects across the UK. They specialize in designing, building, connecting, and maintaining services to ensure optimal outcomes for their construction projects. Working with major industry players such as Vodafone, UKPN, and Community Fibre, they have established a strong reputation. Due to increased demand from their Midland clients, they are seeking a Service and Repair Engineer to join the team on a six-month rolling contract.

Responsibilities:

Perform repair and maintenance work on a high-speed full fibre network.

Ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards of safety and technical quality.

Execute various processes, including splicing and testing.

Required Skills: 

• Experience with fibre and copper technologies
• Proficient in splicing
• Certifications: SA001 and SA002
• S7 and S8 qualifications
• NRSWA certification 
• Full UK driving license
