Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of 30–40 engineers across multiple countries.
- Lead monthly service reviews with customers and weekly IT Ops meetings.
- Act as the key customer contact for service delivery matters.
- Drive operational performance, ensuring service levels are met or exceeded.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and support for engineers.
- Be on-site in Toulouse 3 days per week (flexibility included).
Skills/Must have:
- Strong background in Service Delivery, Operations, or Team Management.
- Proven experience managing large engineering teams (30+).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational ability to handle day-to-day delivery and customer demands.
- Fluency in English; French is a strong advantage.
