Responsibilities:

  • Leading and developing a team of skilled service desk engineers supporting multiple clients
  • Managing daily ticket flow, escalations, and SLA performance
  • Acting as a senior escalation point for complex issues — both technical and customer-facing
  • Partnering with project and account management teams to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Analyzing metrics, identifying trends, and improving service desk processes
  • Building a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and continuous improvement


Skills/Must have:

  • Cisco and Aruba (configuration and support)
  • WatchGuard, Cisco, Palo Alto, SonicWall, and Fortinet
  • Administration, user management, licensing, and security
  • Intune (policy and configuration management)
  • On-prem and hybrid identity management
  • Modern BDR solutions and continuity strategies
  • Familiarity with VoIP systems or structured cabling
