Responsibilities:
- Leading and developing a team of skilled service desk engineers supporting multiple clients
- Managing daily ticket flow, escalations, and SLA performance
- Acting as a senior escalation point for complex issues — both technical and customer-facing
- Partnering with project and account management teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- Analyzing metrics, identifying trends, and improving service desk processes
- Building a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and continuous improvement
Skills/Must have:
- Cisco and Aruba (configuration and support)
- WatchGuard, Cisco, Palo Alto, SonicWall, and Fortinet
- Administration, user management, licensing, and security
- Intune (policy and configuration management)
- On-prem and hybrid identity management
- Modern BDR solutions and continuity strategies
- Familiarity with VoIP systems or structured cabling
