We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our clients team in Greece. 

We are partnered with a provider that contributes towards the safety of life at sea by delivering critical marine electronic solutions and providing global on-board and remote services. 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone senior, ideally based in Athens, to play a pivotal role in maintaining and servicing advanced equipment for our clients. If you have extensive experience in the field and are ready to take on a challenging position, this is the role for you. While there’s no rush, we are looking for the right person to step in and take the lead.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced maintenance and service of equipment across Greece.
  • Provide technical expertise to clients and troubleshoot complex issues on-site.
  • Work closely with the operations and engineering teams to ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Document service activities, ensuring proper records of maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge.

Skills/Must-Have:

  • Extensive experience as a service engineer, ideally with a focus on electronics or mechanical engineering.
  • Fluent in Greek, with a strong command of English.
  • Willingness to travel within Greece as required to meet client needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the maritime or industrial sectors.
  • Prior leadership or mentoring experience in a technical role.

Salary:

  • Competitive salary up to €42,000 gross per year, depending on experience.

Location:

  • Athens, Greece (flexibility to travel within the region).
