This role is critical in ensuring that customers receive exceptional service, with a focus on managing inquiries, escalation management, and providing top-tier customer support.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective responses
  • Handle customer escalations, ensuring all issues are addressed and resolved efficiently
  • Lead the customer support team, ensuring service standards are met or exceeded
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive improvements in customer satisfaction and service delivery
  • Ensure smooth service delivery, working with both technical and non-technical customers

Skills/Must have:

  • Fluent in German and English (ability to engage with a diverse range of customers)
  • Proven experience working in an ISP (Internet Service Provider) or MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment
  • Strong background in managing customer inquiries and escalation management
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment

Salary:
