The team is hiring a Network Engineer to oversee the delivery and performance of telecom services across the business. Acting as the main point of contact for both customers and vendors to ensure services are reliable, efficient, and meet agreed SLAs while driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage SLAs and ensure service performance meets targets
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Lead service reviews, handle escalations, and resolve service issues quickly
  • Track and report on service performance, providing insights to senior leadership
  • Manage vendor relationships and drive service quality improvements


Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in service management or telecom service delivery
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise telecom services and vendor management
  • Experience managing SLAs, service reviews, and escalations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Hybrid role - 3x per week in central London


Salary:

  • Up to £50,000 per annum
