Responsibilities:

• Oversee service management
• Maintain client relationships
• Escalation Management 
• Manage resources
• Continual Service Improvement 
• Handle financial management

Required Skills/Experience:

• ITIL certification
• Experience in service management
• Background in working with MSPs
• Supplier management skills
• good technical understanding - LAN, WAN Cloud Etc 
• 5+ years of Service management experience
