The team is hiring a SLED Account Director to lead strategic sales initiatives within state, local government, and education sectors. This role will focus on developing strong partnerships, identifying new opportunities for fibre-based solutions, and supporting public sector organisations in achieving their digital transformation goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute go-to-market and account plans for the Georgia SLED vertical.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers across state agencies, educational institutions, and libraries.
• Drive new logo acquisition while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts.
• Present and position transport, IP, managed services, and voice solutions to meet client needs.

Skills/Must have:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas.
• Proven hunter mindset with the ability to win business in competitive markets.
• Experience selling to the Georgia SLED sector strongly preferred.
• Background in telecom, data center, or IT solutions.

Salary:

• $115,000 base salary
• $205,000 OTE
