Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business and functional requirements into robust, scalable solution designs.
• Define end-to-end architectures covering workflows, integrations, and data models, ensuring modularity and future adaptability.
• Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AWS CodeWhisperer, OpenAI APIs) to accelerate design, development, and testing.
• Lead workshops with business analysts and product owners to validate functional requirements and demonstrate AI-assisted methodologies.
• Provide guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment with solution blueprints and best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers on technical scope, delivery strategies, and timelines.
• Promote the use of automated testing frameworks and AI-enhanced QA tools for efficient validation.
• Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
• 10+ years’ experience in software development, including deep expertise in Java-based enterprise applications.
• At least 3 years in a Solution Architect role, or proven track record of delivering at least one enterprise-grade solution end-to-end.
• Strong background in translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-enabled developer platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Hugging Face, or OpenAI APIs.
• Knowledge of automated testing, QA frameworks, and AI-driven validation tools.
• Strong understanding of web application, client-server, and cloud-based architectures.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical solutions into functional terms for non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving adoption of modern development practices and emerging technologies.
