Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive product vision, aligning technology strategy with business objectives.
  • Act as a technical advocate, promoting innovation and ensuring partner and vendor contributions are fully leveraged.
  • Manage solutions throughout their lifecycle, from ideation and feasibility through design, build, launch, and in-life optimization.
  • Support marketing, sales, and pre-sales with value articulation, storytelling, and technical insight.
  • Ensure operational readiness, smooth transition into run teams, and measurable adoption and stability post-launch.
  • Report to the CTO and collaborate closely with Technical Architects, Engineering, Security, QA, Operations (NOC/SOC), Service Management, Finance, Legal, and PMO.


Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL 4, Agile/SAFe, TM Forum) are preferred.
  • 7–12 years of experience in telecoms, ICT, or digital solution delivery across Architecture, Engineering, or Operations.
  • Proven experience managing full solution or technology lifecycles (from concept to retirement).
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as TM Forum (eTOM/ODA) and ITIL 4.
  • Strong delivery leadership within Agile/SAFe environments combined with governance and risk management capability.
  • Demonstrated success running Operational Readiness Reviews (ORR), observability practices, and support models.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to produce clear technical and executive-level documentation.
  • Recognizes emerging technologies and translates them into practical, customer-focused solutions.
  • Understands how technology decisions influence revenue, margin, and customer value.
  • Applies governance, stage gates, and lifecycle discipline to ensure predictable delivery.
  • A clear storyteller who can simplify complex technical concepts for executives, sales teams, and customers.
  • Uses evidence, testing, and performance metrics to steer solution roadmaps.
  • Able to work seamlessly across business, technical, and operational functions to align priorities and remove barriers.
