Job Responsibilities:
This role is expected to be able to resolve the following technical issues with little or no assistance:
- Resolve workstation, printer, business applications, and server issues independently
- Serve as an escalation point for Tier 1 technicians
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic to intermediate networking issues
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting
- Experience with Server 2012 to 2022, VMware, and Hyper-V virtualization
- Support experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure, and understanding of network architecture
- At least three years in IT support or a similar role
- Preferred: Active Server certifications, prior experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs)

- First-Touch Closed: Tickets resolved with a single interaction.
- Utilization: Percentage of time spent on billable client tasks.
- CSAT: Client satisfaction ratings on resolved tickets.

Compensation:
- Pay rates range from $28.36/hr to $32.18/hr, depending on experience and location.
- Pay increases are tied to the acquisition of certifications, with technicians expected to complete company-sponsored training at least once every six months post-hire. Example certifications include CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, and Microsoft MCDST or MCP.
