Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and maintain high-performance cloud systems tailored for AI workloads.
  • Plan and conduct hardware R&D tests and experiments onsite in the data center.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving GPUs, networking (InfiniBand, NVLink), PCIe, and server infrastructure.
  • Perform deep root cause analysis on hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Develop and execute test methodologies to benchmark and validate performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
  • Continuously monitor and fine-tune systems for optimal performance.


Skills/Must have:

  • Strong knowledge of modern server architecture, especially GPU-based systems.
  • Hands-on experience with GPUs, networking (InfiniBand, NVLink), and PCIe.
  • Proficiency in Linux systems, with scripting skills in Python and Bash.
  • Ability to investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Experience in performance optimization for high-performance or cloud-based systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic electronics knowledge, including soldering and wiring.


Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of the Linux kernel and kernel-level troubleshooting.
  • Experience using electronic measurement tools such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
