The team is hiring a Systems Delivery Lead to oversee the end-to-end implementation of technology solutions. The role will focus on managing delivery teams, ensuring alignment with client objectives, and driving quality outcomes across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive all programmes within the Systems Engineering team supporting datacentre operations and transformation (datacentres, compute, hypervisor, operating systems, and storage).
• Coordinate and align multiple technical teams across different geographies, ensuring delivery against programme milestones.
• Monitor programme progress, proactively manage risks, and implement mitigations to keep delivery on track.
• Act as the key point of contact between engineering teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

Requirements:

• Strong experience managing systems engineering projects across datacentre, compute, hypervisor, O/S, and storage environments.
• Technical background in one or more of the above domains.
• Proven experience driving multi-geography teams with competing priorities.
• Excellent risk management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Salary: 

• Up to £500 per day (Inside IR35)
